These terms apply to use of this website. Product inquiries, quotations and orders may also be subject to specific written terms agreed for the transaction.
Business information only
Website content is provided for general B2B sourcing information. It is not medical advice and does not replace the buyer’s review of product suitability, labeling, claims, registration, import and resale requirements in the destination market.
Products and availability
Ready-stock availability can change and is reconfirmed before an order is finalized. Images and descriptions are intended to identify the sourcing item; final specifications, packaging, quantity, documents and availability should be confirmed in the quotation or order record.
Quotations and orders
Displayed prices are estimates; final prices are confirmed in the quotation. A quotation becomes binding only according to its stated validity, scope and payment terms. Shipping, duties, taxes, testing, registration or other destination costs are included only when expressly stated.
Customization
Private label and OEM/ODM feasibility, MOQ, samples, lead time and documentation depend on the product, formula, packaging and approved project requirements.
Buyer responsibility
The buyer is responsible for assessing local compliance, permitted claims, labeling, import conditions and resale requirements unless a specific service is agreed in writing.
Intellectual property
Website text, design and Weeyar branding may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party product names, packaging and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Limitation and updates
We aim to keep website information accurate but do not guarantee that every listing is complete or continuously available. These terms may be updated as the website and services develop.
