Ordering & shipping
Our process is designed for B2B buyers who want to test a broader assortment without committing to a full production MOQ.
Order process
Availability and logistics are checked against the actual order, not assumed from a static online listing.
Share product links, SKU names or the categories you want to test.
We reconfirm availability, quantities, product details and shipping information.
Eligible mixed-order products are coordinated and packaging and quantities are checked.
The confirmed shipping route is arranged and available shipment information is shared.
Ready-stock packaging
Products retain their authentic existing packaging unless a separate customization project is agreed. Ready-stock does not require a Weeyar logo.
Quotations
Product pricing and shipping are quoted privately based on confirmed availability, quantity, destination and selected logistics route.
Shipping
Available methods, cost and transit time depend on the destination, order size and product type. Import duties or local requirements may apply.
Claims & discrepancies
Buyers should inspect shipments on arrival and contact us promptly with order details, packaging photos and clear evidence of any discrepancy.
Before you pay
A ready-stock listing starts the conversation. The quotation and order record confirm the exact sourcing item.
Product name, selected variation and net content.
The ready-stock box, bottle, pouch or jar shown for the selected SKU.
Fragrance, shade, color, count or size options included in the order.
Confirmed quantity at the time the quotation is prepared.
Available product documents such as COA or MSDS where applicable.
Shipping route, freight cost and expected transit range for the destination.
Buyers should review local labeling, claims, import and resale requirements for their market. Where applicable, we can coordinate available product documents and product information for that review.
