1. Who is the contracting supplier?
Confirm the legal company name, location, contact details and the supplier's actual role. Weeyar Cosmetics (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. coordinates ready-stock sourcing, order preparation and export support from Guangzhou, China while working with supply and production partners.
A clear supplier should not describe every brand visible in a product image as its own. Existing supplier or manufacturer brands remain the property of their respective owners.
2. Is the exact SKU currently available?
A product page is a sourcing reference, not a guarantee that every variation remains unchanged. Ask the supplier to reconfirm the exact SKU, quantity, net content and current packaging before payment.
- Exact product and variation
- Current units available
- Net content or count
- Current packaging photo
- Batch-dependent differences
3. Can several categories be mixed?
A mixed trial order is most useful when it lets a buyer compare several formats in one shipment. Eligible Weeyar ready-stock items may be combined from 30 pieces total, with at least 3 pieces per selected SKU, subject to final stock confirmation.
4. What packaging will actually be supplied?
Ready-stock orders use authentic existing packaging. Packaging design, visible brand, language, color or minor presentation details may vary between batches, so the current version should be reconfirmed before order.
Private label is a separate sourcing route. It can be reviewed when buyer-owned branding or custom packaging is required, with MOQ and lead time confirmed for the selected product.
5. Are samples available?
Ask for samples by exact SKU. Availability, sample quantity, cost, preparation time and shipping should be confirmed rather than assumed. A sample also helps the buyer review the physical packaging and product format before a larger order.
6. What is the dispatch basis?
For confirmed ready-stock orders, dispatch is normally arranged within 5–7 days after payment. The final schedule still depends on stock confirmation, order preparation and shipping arrangements.
7. Which documents apply to this exact product?
Do not assume that one document covers an entire category. Ask which COA, MSDS or other product documents are available for the selected SKU. The buyer should separately review destination-market labeling, import and resale requirements.
8. What should a useful quote request include?
- Links or names of the selected products
- Quantity required for each SKU
- Destination country and postal code
- Ready-stock or private-label route
- Target timing
- Any required product documents
